1. Coverage & Processing

Where we ship: Malaysia (Peninsular & East Malaysia) via GDEX. International shipping is currently unavailable unless stated on the product page.

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment is verified (excludes weekends & public holidays). Pre-orders follow the ETA on the product page.
  • Tracking: We’ll send your tracking number by email once the parcel is handed to the courier.

2. Delivery Time (Estimates Only)

Delivery times are estimates from the courier and may vary due to peak season, weather, routing, security checks, or other operational delays. We can’t guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight/volumetric weight.
  • Re-delivery or return-to-sender (RTS) caused by incorrect address, failed attempts, or uncollected parcels will incur additional fees borne by the customer.

4. Address & Delivery Conditions

  • Provide complete and accurate address, contact number, and access details (guard house, unit no., etc.).
  • The courier may deliver to the receiver or someone at the same address who appears authorised to receive the parcel.
  • Once dispatched, address changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If possible, we’ll assist; extra courier fees may apply.
  • Couriers do not guarantee delicate handling — consider insurance for fragile orders.

5. Risk, Insurance & Liability

  • Parcels are shipped on a limited liability basis by the courier. Without insurance, liability is generally capped at RM200 or the replacement cost (whichever is lower).
  • Insurance is available on request before dispatch (additional fee). It covers loss or physical damage only (not delays or indirect losses).
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier unless insurance has been purchased.
⚠️ Important: For loss or damage claims, notify us within 14 days of expected delivery and retain all original packaging for inspection.

6. Items We Cannot Ship

We cannot ship hazardous/flammable/explosive/radioactive/biohazard materials, perishables (unless stated), currency, jewellery/precious items, passports/IDs, or any item prohibited by law or the courier.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

  • Inspect on delivery. If the parcel looks tampered or damaged, take photos/videos before unboxing.
  • Report within 14 days to dediautocare@gmail.com. Keep the original carton & packaging.
  • Approved claims are processed according to courier rules and the shipment’s insurance status.

8. Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender (RTS)

  • If delivery fails (e.g., incorrect address/no recipient/uncollected), the parcel may be returned to us.
  • We’ll arrange re-delivery once fees are settled. Unclaimed RTS parcels after 30 days may be considered abandoned.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, floods, strikes, war, regulatory actions, network disruptions).
