Refund & Exchange Policy

All purchases are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

1. Eligibility

Our policy is limited strictly to 1-to-1 exchanges for faulty DEDI Wiper Blades only. No other products are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Non-exchangeable Items

All other products aside from DEDI Wiper Blades are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Warranty

All DEDI Wiper Blades come with a 2-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranty claims must follow the same process as the exchange policy, with proof of purchase and defect photos provided.

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact us at dediautocare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason, and photos of the defective product.
  2. Ship the defective item to:
    📍 Jalan Sg Keramat 5 Taman Klang Utama Batu 5, Off, Jalan Kapar, 42100 Klang, Selangor
    You are required to keep and provide tracking proof.
  3. Once inspected and approved, we will send a replacement DEDI Wiper Blade to you at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed defective, the replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.
